Hudson Arts Foundation, Inc. (HAF), is a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. It was formed in 2003 to create a cultural arts institution focused on providing the Community the opportunity to enjoy access to, and benefits from, significant cultural activities related to live performances, music, dance, film and related entertainment. The organization is led by the Executive Director, Teri Stolatis, who reports to the Board of Directors.
